    Hi there, 

    Sometimes on versions of Safari browser the background video of my site is not loading - see https://zeal.kleidi.nl 

    When it's not loading there only is a white background which is not so nice. It does not load after a while. 

    Do you know anything about this? See attached screenshot.

    - Please convert the videos and then add them as per their appropriate file format: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/page-builder-row/#video-background.

    - Make sure they are in 16:9 ratio for the mobile to render them correctly.
