Its possible but the theme does not have an option for this. What maybe you could do is translate the theme with loco translate plugin and change the add to basket text to what you need.
You can also use the same loco translate plugin to translate woocommerce to also change the text to what you want.

Is it possible, at least in Salient Child theme, to change the wording on Woocommerce's "Add to basket" button?
We have an idea where we'd like it to say "Book a Nurse" instead.
