    Hi Team!

    We're upgrading our entire site (www.pipebandsaustralia.com.au) to Salient. We're currently building and testing on www.new.pipebandsaustralia.com.au.

    Each of our state pages (https://www.pipebandsaustralia.com.au/tasmania/) have a section that pulls events for their area from the plugin 'Events Calendar'  we want to recreate this in salient (testing page; http://www.new.pipebandsaustralia.com.au/tasmania/) however inserting the following shortcode;

    [tribe_events view="list" category="tasmania"]

    Isn't pulling any data through or rather it doesn't seem to be working at all. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Could you add the shortcode into a raw HTML element added to the page in the page builder.
    If it still is not working let us know and we can take it from there.

    Thank.

    Hi there,

    Could you try a text block element and use the text mode on the page editor inside that text block element.

    If that does not work then reply privately with a username password with admin privileges, we check this from the backend.

    Thanks.

    Hey Again,

    I just logged in and switched to the Default WP Theme temporarily and the Shortcode is not working either.

    Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks
