On the demo webpage, it says that the Team Members shortcode is available in two styles. I'm able to reproduce the first style, but not the second one showed on the page (like a portfolio with title on the image and nothing is clickable). How can I do the second one?

Ok, so I can only find this option if I'm working with the Visual Composer?
