Yes, I'me having the same issue on my end as well. I just tried to check of this was some incaompatibility issue with another plugin, but no, it happens in the site I provided and in mine as well.
Thanks for reporting that. You can correct that prior to the next release by adding the following snippet into the custom CSS box located in the Salient options panel > General Settings > CSS/Script related tab:
body .nectar-close-indicator .inner {
opacity: 1;
}
