Hello - I recently installed WP Rocket plugin and the website performance is much faster. However, I noticed that the menu button doesn't work well on a mobile phone. You need to press it multiple times and it doesn't work well on other pages of the website.
Since JS isn't loaded until user interaction, the first click would be "missed" as the menu requires JS to open. We'll actually be adding a similar option that's fully compatible with the theme to the performance tab of Salient in the next update. But for now, you'll need to disable the option from WP Rocket to correct the issue.
Thanks for the prompt response. I deactivated it for now and the issue is not there anymore. Please let me know if there are any other functionalities that I should enable/disable in WP Rocket to optimise Salient.
The WP Rocket plugin works well with our theme. However it depends on the performance issue that comes up with a users site. So it can happen that one settings could fail to work with your site and yet it could work with another. So it depends on the issue your website is experiencing.
One issue I noticed is the font in the mobile off canvas menu (when clicked through the home page) is different to the font when checked through other pages. Any suggestions to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
i have the same problem. Is there a possibility to exclude the canvas menu from delay javascript execution? I checked your Beta function, but WP-Rocket is doing the delay much faster. Would be nice, if there is a way to fix.

That would occur due to their option for "Delay JavaScript execution": https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution
