On my website I am using the Header Starting Text Opacity - Dimmed ..

I am trying to achieve the same hover color change function as my social Icons.  Is there a way to change the color of the Header text to go from dimmed grey to a full solid color like blue or purple..

Secondly if the above is not possible am I able to use the "full opacity" option and go from the starting white text to another color when I hover...

I was able to use a custom css to achieve this function for the social icons successfully I am looking for similar hover function for header text. Thanks in Advance
