    Hello,

I have a few questions about the menu configuration for my site:

    1. I've made some adjustments on the menu navigation, namely header dropdown positioning, header dropdown roundness, and full width header left/right padding, but these changes are only viewable in google chrome. They don't show in Safari, Firefox or even Edge. I've refreshed my pages, cleared my caches on the site, etc, but the problem remains. I've also tested this on two different computers. Can you please confirm? And more importantly, how can I fix this?
    2. Are there any other ways to display the drop down menu, aside from the mega menu? Or is that the best way to create and edit a different menu style? I need something simple and minimal, nothing fancy. Most importantly, I need it to work on most, if not all, browsers.

    Thank you!

    Hello Ramit,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    1. Please share screenshots of the difference you are seeing on these browsers as I am not replicating the same.

    2. You can disable the mega menu, however I see your drop down is not that fancy:

Please let us know how you would the drop down menu style to appear.

    Thanks.

    Hey Again,

Please turn off all Caching and Optimization plugins while updating the site. Also if you have a  CDN enabled that would need to be cleared manually for the changes to show up.

    Thanks

    Tahir,

Thank you so much for this extremely useful piece of info. Deactivating the optimization/caching plugin did the trick. It's odd that there were only issues with certain portions of the header nav bar when it was turned on, and not others.

Anyhow, this was a huge help in resolving this "head scratcher" issue.

    You are a rockstar!
