Is there any way to add Pagination to image gallery? I'd like to add either "click to see more" or "click to other member section" options (see the attachment).
So is there any possible way to add this function to Image gallery or need to use some other way to do it (portfolio etc.)?
No its not possible to add pagination to the image gallery element. You would have to customize the element.
Could you try and use the post grid element if possible for the structure you are trying to build. It has pagination but you will need to us portfolio items or a custom post type instead of images from your media library.
