I am working on getting my website to be more efficient and load faster, and currently, your slider is causing some major problems. Each video in the slider downloads multiple times, causing the homepage alone be 40MB or more. In addition, even though I have selected for the slider not to display on mobile, the videos still download. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
I looked at the guide you shared, but unfortunately, it doesn't have what I'm looking for. Here's an attachment of the problem I'm running into. The Nectar Slider is downloading each video in the slider multiple times. If someone could help me fix that, I would appreciate it.
Its not downloading it multiple times and its downloading chunks of it several times. Enable the status column on that screenshot of the network tab in the devtools.
There should be HTTP status 206 requests on the same file. Those are the chunks of the video files.
Thanks, that makes more sense. Unfortunately, I've got one more issue I need help with. I've set a breakpoint so that the slideshow does not appear on mobile devices. While the slideshow is not visible on mobile devices, the videos are still downloaded.

Hiding the Nectar Slider would not stop it from loading. We would suggest using Youtube Videos as Row Background rather than the slider.
