    I am trying to use the video lightbox to point to Youtube videos.  All of the links fail except for Character Reveal and Any Logo Overlay boxes.  It seems like the Video Lightbox cannot play Portrait oriented videos.  Is this a known issue?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    The URL for the 'Video End Card' refuse to work because the URL only shows all the short videos and not a single video as shown here https://www.loom.com/share/f21d793076ea48b48980222d408149f4. 

    You need to add a single video url for the lightbox to work.

    Thank you. I fixed it, and it now works on Desktop but not on mobile.. same error on mobile.

    Hey Again,

    Only Self Hosted Videos would play on Mobile if we do not turn them off in the Salient Theme Options Panel > General Settings > Functionality

    - Please convert the videos and then add them as per their appropriate file format: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/page-builder-row/#video-background.

    - Make sure they are in 16:9 ratio for the mobile to render them correctly.
