    I am trying to add an icon shortcode within a column of the visual composer but i cannot see the Font Awesome Icons in the backend (see screenshot).

    I have done the following http://i.imgur.com/BfjmlIq.png which fixed the issue of the font not showing on the front-end but these icons are still not appearing in the backend.

    I am on Mac and tried both Firefox and Chrome, cache cleared

    I have recently upgraded theme to V9.5 from V4.5.22 and a child theme

    Any suggestions?

    Hey!

    Could you please check for console errors by pressing F12 in Chrome Browser and see any red crosses on the bottom right.
