    Hi, we use custom fonts, so we do not need 

    – Google Fonts Api

    – Font Awesome

    and we need to remove them. It's not only about page speed, but also due to privacy and out-of-europe permissions.

    For the contact icons I use vc_linecons;

    Hi Judith,


    thank you for you fast reply. I do not need to use another font. I am fine at the moment, I need to remove the code that is loading the 2 APIs I've listed. With Salient theme options I can remove Fonts Awesome, but not Google Fonts API.

    How did the google fonts API get added. Did you add the API or any plugin did add the API.

    Hi, I did not actively add Google API, I think it's part of the Theme

    Hey Again,

    If you unselect the fonts in the Typography Section of Salient Theme Options Panel the Google fonts wont get loaded:
