Controlling H1 and header

    Hi there!

I am needing to put the Name of our restaurant in the header bar, centered under menu. The only option I have found is in the WP left menu>Salient tab>Page Header>Automatically Add Page Title to Page Header.

I toggled that switch, and the bar with the word Home in it appeared. Two issues:

First, in an attempt to alter the H1 heading to the Restaurant name, "Chaat Wallah", I changed the WP left menu>Appearance>Menus> Menu Structure>Front Page> Navigation Label and Title Attribute both to "Chaat Wallah". Nothing altered on the page.

I realize this may not be the best solution anyway, because it would require every page to have "Chaat Wallah" in their page name to have displayed. Plus I need the title centered.

Final desired look is similar to our other website: https://desipdx.com/

This site has an older wp theme, which we are giving up to change to your Salient theme.

How can I get "Chaat Wallah" into that header, with the ability to control location, size, color, etc?

Second issue: May not be a problem if the solution is something other than Automatically Add Page Title to Page Header, but the background colors do not match. I have changed all the palaces I could find on the WP left-hand menu that mention background color for header (there are at least three), but that slight shade difference remains. Any thoughts?

    Thank you!

    Hi Steven,

Can you consider adding a global section under the header that is salient \ global sections - after header navigation? More on what global sections are hereĀ https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/page-builder-global-sections/

Try that so you can control the text.
