    Hey Again,

Try adjusting the "Lightspeed Cache" Plugin settings to check if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you, it was something with the Lightspeed plugin.

I still have one small problem if you can guide me to find the reason for this. In mobile view, I have  2 shop buttons (picture 1 and 2) They work perfect on desktop, but in mobile only one works (picture 1) Only the button in picture 1 appears as a button shop on mobile, the other one appears as a word that says Shop.

    Thank you.

    Hey Again,

It doesnt seem to be working in Desktop Chrome either. Try using the "Nectar Button" Page Element instead of the "Call To Action"

    Thanks

    Hi, me again.

I am still writing in this ticket because I have a question regarding the same problem.

I fixed that problem after adjusting Lightspeed Cache, it looks normal on mobile, tested in 2 browsers, tested also on both ios and android, all good, but now I noticed something strange.
I have the site included in the tiktok account, and if I click on the site from the tiktok account, when it opens in the browser, it shows the same problem, but only on android. I repeated the same action on iOS and it doesn't show any problems. Could there be an explanation?
If I enter the browser and access the site, it looks ok, without problems, but if I enter tiktok and access the site, it appears according to the pictures in the attachment. Tiktok opens the shop in chrome, the same browser tested by me and it look ok, no problems, but when opened throw tiktok, the problem appears.

So, the problem only appears when I open the site through tiktok on android, and it doesn't appear when I do the same action on ios.

    Thank you!

Its likely a caching issue. Try clearing your cache completely and check.

    Thanks.

    Try clearing the server/plugin cache.

    1. Please clear your cache using this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6226/ .
    2. If you are using WP Rocket use this guide :  https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/108-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-pagespeed#critical-path-css .
    3. For Woocommerce caching issues see: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/ .

    Hi,

Nothing works, Its  something from the tiktok browser. If I open my shop from facebook or instagram, looks normal because it's oppening in other browser, but tiktok has his own browser that gives me this problem.

I Cleared the cache from my hostinger server and also from the plugin. I think my settings are ok, I dont have JavaScript files minification on, I do have On Load JavaScript Deferred, and I also checked other things that can be a cache issue.

Can I do something else to find out how to fix this for tiktok?

    Hi,

This are print screens from IOs, same problem here. I think it comes and goes, both on android and ios, but for sure it is all related to tiktok browser. It there something in my settings that stops tiktoks browser to show my shop properly?

    Thank you!
