    I see that my toggle panel says "Default Staring Functionality: First Toggle Open" but this doesn't actually occur... Plus I have no way to edit that functionality. Is this a bug or something that can be fixed?

    I see now when I changed the "Accordion Toggles" that I can have first toggle open. Thanks.
