You're going to have to use css font-face to load the font in and assign it - you can actually see an example of this near the top of the style.css stylesheet in the theme (where open sans is loaded). Here's an in depth tutorial to explain it as well :)
mmm ok, but I wonder why miss this font....it will be easy to change it on "Typography" section since I have to change all title it's a long work....well doesn't matter...should it work also @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Ek+Mukta); in css? ok, I will try on my own!
