There have been many occasions where the raw HTML elements containing the iframe for the video at the top of the page and the form at the bottom of the page disappear.
By that I mean, from a visitor's perspective, there is no video and no form.
When I go into the front-end editor, the raw HTML elements have completely disappeared from the backend.
I have double checked and no one has gone in to edit the pages so there isn't anything a person is doing to cause the elements to disappear.
(I just updated it right before submitting this ticket so they're showing now as of posting this.)
This has happened at least 10 times now and we now check the page everyday to make sure the raw HTML modal hasn't randomly disappeared.
I don't know what's causing this as I have not run into this issue with a theme before.
I'd love help understanding how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Thanks for that Tahir. I've installed the plugin but not sure what to do with the information I see.
Could you guide me through this a bit?
Here's what I see:
Hey Again,
Try running the Cron events to check if any of them are causing this issue. Also this should help: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-cron-job/#:~:text=View%20and%20Understand%20Cron%20Events .
Thanks

Hi Tahir, the iframe has disappeared again and I had to fix it.
I've ran all the cron events and none of them made the iframe disappear.
What do you suggest next?
Hey Again,
Could you check this with the Backend Editor and see if the Raw HTML content gets stripped when you save the page ?.
Thanks

Hi Tahir, I've used the backend editor but the raw HTML content doesn't get striped when I save the page.
Hey Again,
This could be linked to a server security setting, were you able to get a response from the hosting provider?.
Thanks
