I have a paid support plan but can't submit to the Salient Support option.

It comes up with a 'Whoops' error when submitting.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

This is not an issue that has been reported by any other user. Please try clearing browser cache and check again whether the issue still persists.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The same issue happens on multiple computers with cleared caches using the same login.

    Hey Again,

Try creating a new ticket and it should work as i can see a valid purchase under your account.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I tried creating a new ticket but the issue remains.

Note that I can post (as I am now) in the General Theme Nectar channel but the 'Whoops' error occurs after using both a manual input of my support code as well as the authorising with Envato option.

Hi. Did you manage to find a resolution from Ticksy so I can use my paid support plan?

Also try turning on the "Permanent Transparent Header" Option and check.

    Hey Again,

Please update to the latest version of the Salient Theme and switch to the Parent Theme as i believe the Child Theme is causing this issue.

    Thanks

Instead of using CSS to adjust the header, use the Salient Theme Options Panel -> Header Navigation Fields:

Deactivated all plugins that are not bundled with Salient and tested however it seems that the page does not load completely when the Scroll anchor is activated.

Escalating this to the developer for further response.

    Hey Matt,

I've located the issue that was causing that display/scrolling issue within your home page and have added a fix for it. Can you try testing again from your end?

    Kind regards

    Hi Matt,

You should turn it off and not on.

    Thanks.
