When viewing on a mobile the responsive menus (including sliding widget menu) does nothing.

The full-screen Nectar slider also doesn't display.

    All works fine on desktop.

    Hey Mark!

It seems to be working alright when i view it in the browser as well as mobile emulation mode . Could you let us know the device you are testing this in also the browser.

    Thanks

I'm using a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact and Chrome browser.

The first green row below the slider is also missing on mobile.

I'm finding more problems. In IE 11 on desktop, the icons are missing, just green circles. There's also no Close 'X' in the side widget area slideout, so can't close it. The link's there so it looks like that icon is missing too.

    Hey Again!

Could you try updating the Chrome browser on mobile also could you try it in the default android browser.

    Thanks

Chrome is up to date. No default Android browser on here (is it not Chrome now?)

However, tried it with Firefox and that works OK. However, Chrome is the major one that I need it to work on.

    Thanks

    Hey Mark!

I just tested it on my Samsung Galaxy S4 running latest chrome browser and it seems to be working absolutely ok. Can you try on another phone that you have there.

    Thanks

The only other phone we have is the same model. Checked it on that and it's OK!

Strange since our phones are identical with the same software versions. I'll need to check my phone out.

    OK thanks for your help.

The IE problem I mentioned above is also intermittent and I've seen it on several machines too. I'll need to see if I can find a pattern to that. It may be the animations.

Hey! Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce the IE11 issues yet - tried multiple loads but can't seem to get it to occur. Have you been able to replicate on more than one computer?

  • Mark replied

I can't replicate the problem consistently I'm afraid but I have seen it on 2 machines. I think we should close this ticket and I'll raise another if I can replicate the problem.

    Thanks
