    Hi there. Hope you're well. For some reason my image is showing on desktop but not on mobile. Can you help me figure out why?

    Hi Judith. 

    Thank you for the reply. The photo in the screenshot you sent is a background image. It was a row I created by from a Salient Template. I've attached a few screenshots for clarity. The background image does not show on mobile, which I need to fix. Can you help me figure out why the background image is not showing?

    Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
