I cant save any changes in the theme settings and every time I do, I get the following error:

I am afraid that this is not the case since I have 755 applied. Also, I respect the folder name. How can I fix this?

I just found out that this file is missing in my folder:

/usr/home/excusemecaptain.com/web/wp-content/themes/salient/nectar/options/validation/color/validation_color.php

should i reinstall the theme?
