When I view
www.kronk.co on mobile, it crops into the sides of my slider quite a bit and I'd like to see how it looks on mobile if I force the viewport to start at like 1200px or perhaps 900px so that hopefully the menu options show on top and the text is a bit smaller, the footer contact info doesn't wrap, etc...
I tried simply adding the viewport code into the custom CSS field under General Settings
Please try using the Flexible Slider Height option in Nectar Slider.
Also when using the flexible slider height option you have to enter the slider height based on how big your images would be at 1600px width - this will ensure the scaling is perfect with no clipping. To find the correct height for your images use this: http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/aspect_ratio/ . The default width for images is 1600px so for example a image that is 1904 x 738px would be converted to 1600 x 620px if scaled down. Therefore slider height would be set to 620 px .
The flexible slider height option makes the Nectar Slider respond perfectly to ensure there's no clipping on any view - leaving it off will cause the height of the slider to change only once per every viewport change (desktop, ipad, mobile) and clip variously between them.
Thanks
Flexible Slider Height is on. My images are a fixed size of 1600x1067 and I have the height set to 1067. Have a look for yourself at http://kronk.co on desktop vs mobile. On my iPhone 4 it crops quite a bit into the sides of the image when viewing vertically, and then if you turn it sideways it generally takes a couple of images before it will adjust and show as it should, and even then it's a little choppy.

Any advice?

Hey Kurtis!
Are you using the latest Theme version 4.9 ?. If not please update. Also try turning off "Better WP Minify" plugin and check .
Thanks

I'm using 4.9 and I just turned off WP Minify and that makes no difference.
I updated the code in the CSS to the following (also tried width of1600) and still isn't setting mobile viewport as it should:
@viewport {zoom:1;}
Hey - make sure you turn the fullscreen option off as well to allow the flexible height to work correctly :)
