    on iPad and similar resolutions, the menu bar is hidden and there is not a menu button to show/hide the mobile me up.  Please help, thanks so much!

    Hey!

    Have you made any changes to the theme files ?. I see some unwanted css in there. Also could you try reuploading the theme from a fresh download via Themeforest.

    I have made changes to the theme files, so reuploading the theme would put hours of tweaking to waste.

    All I want is for screen resolutions 691 to 1000, .nav display: block;

    right now it is reverting to display: none.
