Hi, we would like the attached image to be at the top of our homepage, under the navigation, and we need it to span the entire width of the browser, but all of the image should be visible. I tried putting this into a slider, but it scales so that parts of the image are cut off. I then tried putting it into a "full-width-section" shortcode as a background image, but since there is no text, the height collapses to nothing. How do we accomplish this?
If you are using the shortcodes you can use the "Image with Animation" Shortcode as its the same as the "Single Image" Element in VC . See screenshot : http://prntscr.com/588e1l .

Hey David!
Try using a "Single Image" Page element as it will retain dimensions .
Thanks

Is that a function of the visual composer? Because I don't use that.
Can I switch to visual composer on a page that I've already built and then switch back again after I implemented the "single image" page element?
