I thought that I had submitted a support ticket last week but couldn't find record about this so please forgive me if I did. 

Our website slowly started missing a few photos on different pages. We contacted someone that had helped us customize it in the past and she advised that we update our site with a new version of the theme as well as the php. We did both but the issues still persist. 

I am writing in hopes that I may just have some settings wrong or something simple. I'm not much of a website builder but this is more in my job description than anyone else at the company. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
