    Hello ThemeNectar, the shortcodes on my site are not working. 

    I don't think it's a problem with a plugin, but i have a screenshot attached. 

    I also have another question: right now i have a video with no sound in the nectar slider on te beginning, but if i want, is it possible to have a "mute" button, so users can mute the sound of the video? With a shortcode or something?

    (Sorry for my bad english)

    Hey Again!

    Please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin .
    No i am afraid we dont have a mute button option.

    Hey Again!

    Are you editing the page in Visual composer or manually via the Text editor. Please try creating the page with Visual Composer alone and place any shortcodes or text inside the Text Block Page Element.
