When every fresh page loads the header moves and grows! I was experimenting with transparent header before but took it off.

Please help. I would like a smaller header size that does not resize. I like my logo at 55-65px high, The logo to be centered vertically and I think the navigation a little more towards the bottom rather than vertically centered. 

Especially on the photography page
