    When a user fills out the form on this page: https://themedspansb.com/contact-us/ it comes into the site's email address twice, specifically when a user fills out the form on mobile. Attached is a screenshot

    Please assist. We can't figure out why this is happening.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    This looks like a contact form 7 configuration issue. Please check on it's SMTP configurations on where there is an option that causes the email to send in duplicate.
