We have a client who are struggling to use memberpress with the Salient theme too. We have deactivated Salient and now the MemberPress plugin works without issue.
MemberPress say Salient are aware of the issue but are not working on a fix, is that true?
PROBLEM - The user is getting link expired error when trying to use the theme with MemberPress Courses.
SOLUTION - Salient is aware of the issue but aren't currently working on a fix for it. For the time being, the only option is to go with a different theme.
MemberPress's solution is not viable as its not just as easy as switching to a new theme. Can you provide an update of when there will be a fix? My clients will not be happy but what other option do I have unless your developers fix the problem?
I don't see any email correspondence from MemberPress alerting us of this issue -- perhaps there was an assumption based on a user who spoke with them?
I would be happy to look into the issue if it's still occurring with recent releases of the theme. Could you kindly open your own ticket in regards to a copy of the plugin that I can use for debugging purposes?
Hey, I like to know if the Plugin Memberpress works with the Theme Salient?
Thanks a lot
Hey Again,
We haven't had anyone report any major issue with it. Were you able to get a response from the plugin developers regarding Theme compatibility? .
Thanks
