I am wondering if this would be possible to add some background color to the transparent header in your theme. At the moment it seems the transparent header is fully transparent, what if someone wants it to be with a 10% transparency? (see capture). Same question for the dropdown.
Does it need custom css or this there an option somewhere to change it?

For this, you can having a header that is not transparent then you can CSS that will reduce the opacity of the header background.
