Is there a way of adding an opaque / slight blur to images – in order to write white text on top of them and for it to be readable – or is that a job for photoshop?
One other thing is that my 'edit text block' in the visual composer has only the first line of tools, there is no second line i.e. heading selector, text colour etc. (pic attached). Can you help to restore the second level?
