You can only use one regular license per domain, you may need to deactivate on one domain at a time.

A license usually works for a domain and its subdomains. Since the local site and the live site would not share a site, it means that you will have to deactivate the license for one site and activate it for the other. You might need to get two licenses, one for each domain.
