i have used a self hosted video , now i can see the video on computer and mobile but the video is not on auto replay mode how can a make the video to replay automatically ?
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

- Only Self Hosted Videos will play on Mobile.
- Make sure they are in 16:9 ratio for the mobile to render them correctly.
- Convert the videos and then add them as per their appropriate file format: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/page-builder-row/#video-background .
- Be sure to turn off this option in Salient Theme Options Panel -> General Settings -> Functionality Tab

Youtube Videos dont play on Mobile as its a limitation on their end. Try using self hosted videos if mobile playback is necessary.

It looks like that loop issue was caused by the way your mp4 was encoded. I noticed when accessing the file directly on your server, it was also incapable of replaying after it finished the first playthrough: https://transcorp-intl.com/march/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Transcorp.mp4
I was able to correct the issue by downloading your mp4 video file and reencoding it locally, before uploading it back to your server.
