    Dear Sirs,

    I am using your software with Wordpress and Woocommerce.

    When i try to update my web from php 7.4 to php 8.0 it is producing an warning error as follows:

    Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in https:\Kun-Tuwp-contentpluginssalient-coreincludesvc_templatesvc_column.php on line 307

    Hello again,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you confirm if you are running the latest version of the theme? The current version of the theme is 15.0.9.

    Here's the documentation on the available methods for updating Salient: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods Once you've updated that, the update for the included page builder will become available. Note that "Visual Composer" also renamed their plugin on Envato to "WPbakery page builder" a couple of years back.

    Here's an update guide on what to expect when jumping many major releases at once: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/important-salient-update-for-new-envato-requirements/ take a read-through before the update, as many things have changed.

    To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature add-ons in the Latest Theme updates view the change log here http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

    Sorry i am a little bit lost, i am not using that plugin, what i am using is as follows:

    Salient Core - Version 1.4
    Salient Demo Importer - Version 1.1
    Salient Home Slider - Version 1.1
    Salient Nectar Slider - Verssion 1.4
    Salient Portfolio - Verssion 1.4
    Salient Shortcodes - Version 1.3
    Salient Social - Version 1.1
    Salient Widgets - Verssion 1.1
    Salient WPBakery Page Builder - Version 6.1

    In any case i tried to do what you asked me and i am having a problem, when i tried to generate the Envato API Personal Token i received a message of Access denied, with the message of Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403 - )

    I tried to login and the problem is the same, Access denied.

    Hey Again,

    You still seem to be on Salient version 11.0.4. Before updating please update the Salient Theme and the bundled plugins: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods

    Sorry, but i already said, i did it. The problem i have is that the Generate an Envato API Personal Token is giving an error of Access denied.

    Please download the zip files from the Themeforest Download section if you are not able to access the update via the Envato Market Plugin.

    Sorry Tahir,

    I already did it and installed the plugin.

    The problem is that when i go to the plugin there are a number of steps to be done, as follows: 

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Generate an Envato API Personal Token by clicking this link.
    2. Name the token eg “My WordPress site”.
    3. Ensure the following permissions are enabled:
      • View and search Envato sites
      • Download your purchased items
      • List purchases you've made
    4. Copy the token into the box below.
    5. Click the "Save Changes" button.
    6. A list of purchased Themes & Plugins from Envato Market will appear.

    Then when i click on the step 1 it follow me to a page and i received the message of Access denied.

    No, sorry, that was done before i taked control of the web page, by the previous administrator.

    I created a new account, but it was just today and nothing was buyed as new.

    Unfortunately you will have to get the download files from the previous administrator as we can not provide them due to envato policy.
