Please help.  My website looks great in all browsers except Safari.  The website seems to be forced into boxed header mode and the full page video on the homepage doesn't play.  I need help ASAP as this website is supposed to go live by Friday morning.  Thank you.

I see now that I am missing 2 video formats.  I'll fix that.  Last question (I hope ;)):  I cannot get the revolution homepage video to 1) stop playing after one loop and then display the thumbnail 2) display controls.  I have attached two screenshots so you can see my settings in both slider settings and video settings.  Can you take a look and see if there is something I can do to fix these problems?

Can you give me more details on this?  I am not a programmer and don't know how much of the code to delete and where on the website I can safely delete it.  Thank you.

Thank you for the instructions on unlooping the video.  It worked perfectly.  Now how do I make it so that the thumbnail is displayed after the video stops playing after the first loop?

Hi Tahir, I thought I might be able to get some direction from ThemePunch since they developed the slider revolution plugin.  This is the response I received, "Hi Alison, It's possible your theme has included a customized version of the slider with the theme itself. Not really sure, because when I review the HTML markup for the page, it's completely different than what's normally present when the slider is used. Either way, please contact your theme's author and they should be able to assist you with this."

Clearly there is glitch when you use this slider for a fullscreen video.  For example, I unlooped the video according to your directions.  It successfully stops the video after it plays one time.  However, if I add an image slide to the slider so the screen doesn't remain black, the looping starts again.  In my opinion, these are not issues that I should have to pay a freelancer to help me with.  Can you or someone else with Salient please help me fix this glitch as the developer of the plugin says it has been customized for the theme and these customizations seem to bedirectly affecting other functions of the plugin.

I apologize.  I tried another theme that was using that slider and I forgot I used nector since it has been so long since I created the homepage.  Besides custom coding, are there any other workarounds that would solve the black screen problem?  For example, if my client added the thumbnail image at the end of the video would that show, or will the black screen show no matter what?  I'd hate for them to go through the trouble of altering the video for it not to help.

I contacted 2 envato studio developers. One did not respond back and the other said it was not something he could help me with. Have to admit I'm feeling frustrated with this situation. Do you know any reputable developers that could help?
