I'm trying to use the <!--more--> tag but this doesn't seem to work.
    Is there an alternative solution?
    Please assist.

    Regards Jo

    Hi Jo,

In regards to the More tag; That is a core feature of WordPress that is only intended for you to specify where the excerpt should end on blog posts. It is not a general element that can be used on pages to show/hide content. Attempting to insert it into a page, or anywhere outside of a blog post will be ignored - you can verify the same thing will occur when switching to the default WP theme.

Here's how that tag is intended to be used in a post:

You can read more about the functionality here:https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_the_Read_More.

    Thanks.

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply.

First, I tried to use it on a blog post. And that's not working either. See attachment.

Second, Is there another solution to get the same result as a More tag on a page?

    Regards

    Jo
