Wanted to know what updates and plans there are for the Salient theme in the future? I've used it for many many years now and I'm seeing features now on other themes that I'd like to see as default options on Salient. e.g.
Global Bar position with expanding mega menus. Long search bar in the header, etc.
Wondered if there was a wish list and anything in the pipeline?
Thx Tahir, I know there are small updates from time to time but wondered what the evolution of Salient is going to be, you question is it time to look elsewhere if there is no evolution.
As noted in the changelog we are currently in the process of testing the upcoming major release of Salient among our user base. This stage allows us to gather valuable feedback and ensure that the new features and improvements are thoroughly tested and refined. We have always strived to maintain a regular release cycle, aiming to deliver 1-2 major releases per year that are loaded with features and designs with minor updates in between. The pace of our releases has not changed, and we are diligently working as fast as we can
While we don't have an official wish list in place, we greatly value the input and suggestions from our users. Your feedback helps us prioritize the most important features to our community.
