Hello, we're getting some complaints today that the video on the homepage isn't working on iPad. Is there a reason the video that shows on desktop wouldn't be showing up on the iPad? Thanks for any help. We definitely want the header video showing up on all devices.
Only Self Hosted Videos would play on Mobile if we do not turn them off in the Salient Theme Options Panel > General Settings > Functionality. I have noted that your video is not playing on mobile devices.

Is that not self hosted. It's really important to my boss that we get the video working on mobile. It was kind of the whole point we bought this theme. Hope we can fix this. Thank you. Any help is much appreciated.
My settings on Salient for
"Disable Video Backgrounds On Mobile Devices. This will remove all self hosted video backgrounds from your rows/page headers that use them on mobile devices and cause the supplied preview image to be shown instead."
is OFF so the self hosted video should be working correct?
I did some experimenting last night and used a .mp4 and that seemed the solve the issue. Thank you for reaching out this morning. Hope you had a great weekend! :D
