Hi. I just discovered a problem with my website. I don't know when this appeared but I think somewhere in the last couple of days. A big part of my images are not able to load on my website. I have no idea what the problem is. I tried deleting cash & inactive plugins. That didn't work.

Please help me out with this issue. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hey Storm Wilschut,

It looks like you have the lazy loading option active within Salient as well as one of your performance plugins (wp rocket?). You'll need to disable the lazy loading in one of them in order to not cause a double lazy load, which would lead to inconsistent loading.

    Kind regards

Hi. The problem is still here. I also tried disable lazy load completely. It remains...

    Hi Storm,

I see these images URL throwing this error:

Could this be server side related. I would request you contact your host provider to help check this out.

    Thanks.

    Hi Judith,

My hosting provider told me that the problem is caused by the jetpack plug-in. It is now deactivated and all the pictures are able to load in perfectly. Do you think I should wait for the plug-in to be updated? Maybe we can contact them to inform them about the problem.

    Kind Regards
    Storm

    Hey Again,

The "Photon" module in Jetpack is likely causing the issue. Try turning off any Image Optimizations in the Plugin settings and it should work.

    Thanks
