Thank you for getting back to us.

After adding the newsletter section to your global section,  you need to use the page builder to add content to the section. Here's a screenshot of how it should look after you have added content using the page builder. You should create your newsletter in the same way you create your other pages using the page builder.

Currently, the newsletter page is empty and that is why nothing appears when you add it using the page builder as per your initial message.

If you want this to appear on all your pages, you can do this by going to wp-admin > salient > global sections > and assign it where you want it to show. If you want to add it to a specific page. You can add this as an element on the page you want to add it to as shown in this screenshot.
