    Hi, is there a way to turn the hover effect off the team member images? 

    Also when you click through to the info page, is there a way to have a static 'X' in the corner rather than the cursor 'X'?

    Yes you can have a different hover effect on the team member images as shown here https://themenectar.com/salient/elements/team-member/

    Unfortunately for the modal team member styles, there is no way to remove he hovering X without performing your own customizations.

    Hope this clears things up.
