Salient --Header Navigation--Off Canvas Menu-- Off
....this says: "This will add an off canvas menu button on all viewports to your header navigation. When this is disabled, the off canvas menu will only be visible on mobile devices."
However, there is an issue. It disables off canvas from mobile device also. Please see screen shots, Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Try and assign a menu to your off-canvas menu by going to appearance > menus > manage locations and assign it there. Here's a screenshot of the same.
I can see that the menu is showing on your mobile pages. Here's a screenshot of the same.
