Currently, the social icons are set to display on the secondary menu if it's activated. Changing this feature will require some extensive customization which I'm afraid we are not able to offer due to support scope limitations.

As for the header on mobile, you can add the CSS below but this will also remove the navigation menu. Adding the navigation menu to the secondary menu will require some extensive customization which I'm afraid we are not able to offer due to support scope limitations.
Ideally we would like to keep the social icons in the main navigation rather than in the secondary header
Also wondering if its possible to ONLY Show secondary header on Mobile view
