I noticed a bug with the last update of the theme (v16.0.3). The off-canvas menu no longer shows up if I don't have a top navigation menu in place. I'm currently only using a secondary navigation menu, but the off-canvas menu is no longer showing up. If I add a primary menu it shows up again.

We were not able to replicate this on our end.
Could make sure all Salient related plugins are up to date. If they are not up to date there should be a message in appearance \ install plugins area.
And if plugins are up to date and still experiencing this issue, please respond back with backend access we investigate this further from that side.
