    Hi, I'm your customer with two licenses of salient. I recently have a conflict issue between woocommerce and salient. In my shop the add to cart button doesn't work or it only works if the page is refreshed after clicking the button. All plugins are up to date as well as themes and wordpress. Can you help me?

    I have urgency as customers are unable to place orders.

    Are you using the Woocommerce Payments Plugin?.

    Looking a bit deeper into this issue, it appears to be the same known issue with the latest WooPayments which caused compatibility issues with many themes: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recent-update-broke-my-store/

    Assuming this is the case, they already have identified the root issue and will be releasing a fix in v6.3. However, as recommended by the developers, I would confirm that this is the case by downgrading to the previous version of WooPayments which should not have the same problem. You can access that previous version from here.

    Thanks a lot for the feedback. I use woocommerce payments and I have version 6.2.2. To do the regression, will it be enough for me to upload the downloaded zip file to the ftp and overwrite the previous one? Will I lose my payment setup data? Thanks again.

    Replacing the files should not cause any data loss, however we recommend taking a backup of your site before performing a downgrade.
