I opened Appearance/Editor/Footer.php but i found only codes of the demo website.
I found on Appearance/Widget the 4 footer areas i have in the footer and here i'll update the text.
If i would like to have a text with icon in the footer, i can try the text with icon that i want in a page sample and then paste the code in the footer area.

I would like to update the text in the footer. But i only found the footer options in the Salient Area on my WP Dashboard.
Where can i find the text of the footer?
And is it possible to have a text with icon in the footer?

Hey!
Please see : http://prntscr.com/5n7mpq . I am afraid this is the only place you can edit via Theme Options.
Another way would be to edit footer.php via Appearance -> Editor.

You will have to copy the html from the page and then paste it in footer.php .

Ok i tried and it worked fine for 2 of three footer areas.
I update the third wrong text but it seems that the footer doesn't update again (maybe it just needs a little time?).
And only the Homepage's footer has updated and not the footer of the other pages.
Do you know why?
