Hello! Where is this placeholder text stored? I need to translate it into another language but can't find it in salient, salient-core and salient-portfolio plugins.
Yes, I've already tried methods described in this article. But not “Say What?” nor "Loco Translate" don't help, because there is no such key in the main plugins: salient, salient-core, salient-portfolio.

You can change the search placeholder text by goint to Salient > Header Navigation > Header Search and change it from here
