I'm currently utilizing the "page-submenu" element provided by Salient. However, I've noticed that when viewed on mobile devices, the submenu collapses under the label "Menu" accompanied by an icon. This is leading to some confusion as the main site menu also uses the same "Menu" label and a similar icon on the mobile header. Given that this particular page submenu pertains to the sections of the page and not the primary site menu, I believe its label and icon should be distinct and customizable to avoid ambiguity.

It would be beneficial for the user experience if I could either modify the label, change the icon, or both. While I understand this might not be a standard setting, I'm comfortable with editing theme or child theme files directly if necessary. Please provide me with the necessary steps or pointers on how to achieve this.
