I am trying to figure out a way to create a global page title to page header template using the Global Sections feature.
The issue I am running into to is if I use the new Global Section Display locations like 'Before/Page/Post Content', that global section doesn't display while editing the pages with WPBakery.
The reason this is an issue is because it doesn't allow users to edit the background image of that global row on a per page basis make it kind of useless as the only dynamic element is the post/page title.
However, if I add the Global Section using the WPBakery Element "Global Section" it does allow you to change the row background on a per page basis. The issue with this is it doesn't auto assign to every new page in the 'Before/Page/Post Content' location and would need to be added manually by the client.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get this to work? At the end of the day we're just looking for a way to create a custom global page header that can automatically be added to custom post types to replace the default Salient Page Header.
I am afraid this is not possible without custom code edits as the Page Header Code would need to be altered to allow a Global Section to display in its place while retaining the Per Page Background Image field.
Would you be able to direct me to the theme file location that handles the Page Title/Page Header template that we can override and throw in the child theme?
Hey guys,

Hey Again,
I am afraid this is not possible without custom code edits as the Page Header Code would need to be altered to allow a Global Section to display in its place while retaining the Per Page Background Image field.
Thanks.

Sure, you can find the relevant functions in (nectar/helpers/page-header.php) .
To customize them add those functions to the Child Theme "functions.php" file and edit as needed.
Thanks
